Easy Cocktail For The “Lazy” Hostess

Dallas fashion blogger shares an easy holiday cocktail recipe for any hostess

Christmas Day is almost here. That means many are still scrambling for last-minute gifts and hosting family and friends. While this may be the most joyful time of year it can also be the busiest.

I am all about things that make the greatest impact and have a wow factor but actually didn’t take long to prepare.

This is even my philosophy when it comes to dressing. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t about slapping something together hastily or acting like you don’t care. But rather understanding we all lead busy lives and no one will enjoy a party if the hostess is stressed out and exhausted from trying to create something over the top, right?

Let’s enjoy this time of year with family and friends while enjoying a festive cocktail that is super easy to recreate but oh so Instagrammable. It’s only 3 steps and so delicious!

Herb Appeal HoldayCocktail Recipe:

  1. Place a handful of blackberries in a large wine glass
  2. Top off with Brut Rosé (with your preferred brand)
  3. Add a few mint leaves

*The recipe called for basil leaves, however, I preferred the look and taste of mint in my cocktail.

What is your favorite holiday cocktail? Do you consider yourself a mixologist or prefer to make simple but tasty cocktails? Let me know in the comments below!

This is such an easy and perfect idea! Plus, I love a cocktail that you don’t need to make ahead of time or use a shaker for 😂
