Date Night Outfit: Statement Pants

I may be a dress girl, but sometimes you just want to wear pants whether the occasion calls for it or you’re just in the mood to be comfortable. A date night look doesn’t have to consist of a short skirt or tight dress. You can still look sexy and stylish when showing minimal amounts of skin. I wanted to create a fun date night look for all of my pant loving girls with these gold statement pants that need no introduction.

These gold pants are actually more wearable than you think and surprisingly comfortable.

I paired the look with a classic black cowl neck cami, but a simple bodysuit would also work great. With such a flowy bottom, it’s best to go form-fitting on the top to balance out the proportions and make sure your shape doesn’t get lost in the mix.

I kept the rest of the look on the simple side: classic nude pump (these are one of my favorite styles – so comfortable),  minimal jewelry (my necklace is only $15) and a neutral clutch. It’s best to let these statement pants be the star of the outfit. I love that they are a statement, but are surprisingly wearable too.

Whether you’re going out with your significant other or someone new, this look will make you feel confident and enter your date with that self-assured swagger.
