When the news of the LoveShackFancy x Target collection was first announced last month I was ecstatic!

LoveShackFancy is one of my favorite dress brands but can be quite pricy. Truthfully, I’ve never been excited for a Target designer collection before. They either collaborate with a designer I don’t personally shop or I feel they change the aesthetic to match Target’s “style” too much that it loses any resemblance to the actual designer.

To me that completely misses the point of these Target designer collections. 

You want to have the same vibe as the designer but just at an affordable price point and this LoveShackFancy x Target collection does not disappoint! I purchased 4 dresses from the collection and have found the quality to be the best I have ever seen as most of the dresses are 100% cotton.

As a fabric snob, I can’t tell you how happy that makes me and just goes to show that you don’t have to spend a lot to find good quality items. 

The LoveShackFancy x Target collection is made up of dresses ranging from XXS-XXL and some run numerically from 0-22W. I’ve found most of the dresses to run true to size, except the Phoebe Button Up Dress (if you have a C cup+ then I recommend sizing up).

As someone who owns both LoveShackFancy and the Target collection, I can confidently say that the dresses very closely resemble the actual designer in style, fit, and quality. If they ever collaborate on a collection again you can bet I will be there ready to click Add to Cart the moment it goes live again.

Whether you’re new to the brand or a true LoveShackFancy lover this is a great way to get your hands on the collection at an affordable price point.

Many of the dresses are sold out currently, but keep checking online and in-store for returns or consider checking out eBay – just be careful about high price mark-ups.
