When the weather gets cold and the sun sets early it can quite hard to find sophisticated outfits on a regular basis. I definitely get stuck in wearing the same few things because when you find an outfit that keeps you warm and looks cute you never want to let go!

I wanted to find a winter workwear outfit that would be easy to replicate for all of you office babes.

This elegant white blouse helps to tame the leather skirt and create a classic color palette. Pairing white and black will never go out of style. I added my favorite Stuart Weitzman 5050 suede boots (so comfortable – worth every penny) and a sophisticated tote to complete this winter workwear look.

There are ways to use each item whether you work in a casual office or business formal environment.

For a casual office dress code, you could easily wear a leather skirt with a chunky knit or pair the white blouse with a pair of dark wash jeans. It helps you to still look sophisticated and professional but is different than just wearing your standard jeans and tee outfit.

For a business formal office, adding a classic black blazer and kitten heel pumps could easily elevate this winter workwear outfit. I know a leather skirt may be a non-traditional choice for workwear. But that is exactly why I love it!

A leather skirt is so easy to transform just by what you pair with it and adds something different to typical workwear outfits.

Love these ideas! I wish I didn’t have to wear a uniform to work or else I’d be dressing like this!

Thanks so much! The great thing about wearing a uniform is that you never have to worry about what to wear. Definitely less stressful when getting ready 🙂
