I don’t know about you, but as the seasons change, I am always inspired to add new items to my wardrobe or change up elements of my home decor. I don’t know why, but each season is like a re-birth and a chance to get your life back on track. I wanted to share a few of my recent purchases for Fall and most are quite affordable.

I’ve been on a kick lately to go outside of my comfort zone and find quality items at a fraction of the cost. Because it can be done! I finally shopped at Shein for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. Will it be my new go-to?

Probably not, but it’s nice to know that I can use the site to find fun little pieces for really cheap. 

Sometimes I can get stuck in my rut of department store shopping because I know I don’t have to search too hard for quality pieces. However, I really want my wardrobe to not only be a source of inspiration but attainable too.

I know how frustrating it is when you see an item your favorite influencer is wearing to only find out that it’s crazy like an $800 dress to run errands in. I wish I could, but I can’t!

MY RECENT PURCHASES FOR FALL

ONE// RACHEL PARCELL TOP

I purchased this Rachel Parcell top in white late this Summer and wore it probably too many times to count. It’s a fun take on a typical t-shirt with bubble sleeves. It’s also incredibly wearable since the sleeves aren’t too statement.

TWO// SHEIN PEARL EARRINGS

You can never go wrong with anything pearl, right? I wore these pearl cluster drop earrings for the first time last night and they completely made my outfit. It was just a simple t-shirt, jeans, and a blazer but the earrings made it much more stylish.

THREE//SHEIN VELVET HEADBAND

If you didn’t know headbands were in where have you been? Hair accessories are only getting more popular this Fall. This velvet headband is $3 and is another accessory that instantly transforms your outfit for Fall.

FOUR// CORSET BELT

I saw this belt in hot pink on a new blogger that I started following, Madison Clevenstine. She has this mix of classic southern style and girly accents. This belt is only $12 and I knew it would be the perfect way to show my shape in flowy midi dresses this season.

FIVE// VINTAGE ROSES COFFEE TABLE BOOK

I have been a fan of coffee table books for as long as I can remember, and I love to find ones that have a personal meaning. I have coffee table books about some of my favorite designers, the history of gardens, and now this book about roses. FYI – one day I hope to have an English rose garden at my home.

SIX// SAM EDELMAN LOAFER

These Sam Edelman loafers are one of my favorite purchases for Fall and are a perfect dupe for the Gucci loafers. I have worn the black pair to death because they go with everything and are truly so comfortable. I knew I had to add this warm brown pair to my wardrobe since cognac is everywhere this season.

SEVEN// GREEN VELVET PILLOW

As I’ve gotten older I have finally discovered what my home decor style is and now I have a name for it – Chinoiserie. Just think lots of florals and birds with a Chinese twist. I have become obsessed with the combination of deep green and blush pink so these velvet pillows are my first step into slowly redecorating my bedroom.

EIGHT// BAUBLEBAR PADDED HEADBAND

Because one headband wasn’t enough, I needed another one in my favorite color too – pink. Pink like classic black withstands the test of time and is my favorite neutral if you ask me. I love to add these velvet headbands to any look to instantly look Fall ready.

NINE// VOLUSPA CANDLE

Voluspa makes my favorite candles because they are beautiful and affordable. This large glass jar candle was $28, which is reasonable in the luxury candle world. I use these candles more as decorative pieces because the packaging is so gorgeous in person. They also come in small tins that would be great as gifts or stocking stuffers.
