I haven’t done an Instagram story round up in a long time. Click here to view my previous Instagram round up posts. I wanted to share some of my favorite looks I’ve posted on Instagram this fall and winter. I’m definitely a summer girl – easy-breezy dresses, sandals, and no need for a jacket. Who doesn’t love the long summer days?
However, this season I’ve tried to embrace the dark colors, moody fabrics, and all of the latest trends. I have to tell you it’s been more fun than I expected to style fall and winter outfits this year.
I’ve been obsessed with the headband trend and the whimsy it brings to a simple outfit. Also, as a girl who doesn’t really style her hair (frizzy hair problems over here), it’s been a fun break from my norm. I can be wearing a simple blouse with jeans and throw on a headband – it instantly looks like I curated an outfit.
Burgundy has been my favorite shade in accessories this season like this Ulla Johnson mini bag I have had so much fun sporting. It can make any outfit look fall-appropriate – even florals.
While Summer still remains my favorite season, I’ve had fun embracing the fall and winter trends this year from velvet to snakeskin to animal print. Your girl has gone wild this fall and winter season.
Do you like these Instagram round up blog posts? Let me know in the comment section what is your favorite season to dress for?
