How to Style Golden Goose Sneakers 3 Ways

About a year ago I bought my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers after lusting after them for two years. They are quite an investment and I knew I wouldn’t feel comfortable spendy a pretty penny on something I wouldn’t wear often.

Cost per wear is my mantra.

I wrote a previous blog post where I went over my thoughts about the Golden Goose sneakers in detail. Are they worth the price tag or not? Well, they definitely are. As a girly girl and lover of feminine styles, I never thought I would get so much wear out of a pair of distressed sneakers.

It just goes to show that whether you consider yourself a lover of pink and frilly things or you typically don sporty casual looks you can wear sneakers. If you’ve been considering splurging on the Golden Goose sneakers and need outfit inspiration, I’ve styled 3 different outfits to help you take these shoes from day to night.

You can wear them with jeans and a simple sweater, a leather skirt, or even a dress.

Good choices. The black turtleneck dress looks so classy. I could see Audrey Hepburn wearing them

The Edgy outfit is my favorite! I’ve never been a sneaker kind of girl. They are becoming more common as time rolls on. Maybe I will find myself one day with a pair of similar shoes, but not for that price tag.

I totally understand Amanda! One of my favorite things to do is find the inspired look first. If I love it then I get the real thing since I know I’ll get the cost per wear out of it. If I don’t end up liking the style then there is no buyer’s remorse 🙂
