Working from home can be a much-needed reprieve for many of us as this rarely happens. The first few days or maybe even the first week (no judgment here) you stay in your pajamas. But after a while, the novelty wears off and you long to get some normalcy back in your routine. That’s why I am sharing 4 outfits you can wear when you work from home that are stylish but comfortable.
It’s important to find small ways to make yourself feel better when you remove that human interaction.
Taking that shower, brushing your hair, and changing out of your pajamas is one easy way to do just that. When thinking of outfits you could wear when you work from home I wanted to think of items you might actually already own and that are realistic.
While all of these involve jeans feel free to swap out for a nice pair of trousers or comfy joggers depending upon your style or comfort preference.
If you feel best in a dress or skirt then wear that. It’s all about making yourself feel great, encouraging productivity, and trying to find ways to stick to your normal routine when inside the house.
See below for 4 outfits you can wear when you work from home!

My job is permanent work at home forever. I never did the pajamas thing because personally it will make me feel lazy, like I wasted my whole day. My work at home attire is jeans and a sweatshirt during fall/winter, and a t-shirt or tank top with shorts in the summer. You’re outfits are so cute. I like how they are still minimal effort, but they are so much more put together than me right now lol

Thank you so much, Amanda! That is exactly what I was going for. I wanted realistic work from home outfits so you still feel put together but will actually follow through with 🙂
I love your outfit with the long gray sweater! This is such a dumb thing for me, but I’ve also noticed that putting on shoes (well, bunny slippers lol) makes me feel a lot more ‘at work’ than being barefoot, even in the same outfit. I also love your headband, it looks so comfortable!

Thank you! I often wear my slippers too. Thought it was just me, but good to know it isn’t. Hope this was helpful for you 🙂
this is very important for self care but would be hard not to get out of your pajamas!!!

I know! I struggle to get out of my pajamas each day because they are soooo comfortable 🙂
This is perfect timing, as it’s actually a bit depressing to sit around in my pj’s all day. Taking your post as the inspiration to get dressed, do my hair and get back to some sort of normalcy. Thank you.
