Pre Fall Style Under $100

Fall is just around the corner and that means adding in more knits, plaids, and earthy tones to your wardrobe. I created a collage to help you with your pre fall style and outfit inspiration because this time of year is the most confusing when it comes to dressing.

Can you still wear your summer dresses? Is it too hot for chunky knits? Is it time to style boots?

The easiest way to begin your pre fall style (especially if you live in a warmer climate like Texas) is with plaid hair accessories. Big scrunchies and headbands will be everywhere this coming season – a nod to the late 80s and early 90s that we love.

I purchased this plaid headband from J.Crew and will start styling it with my summer dresses or jeans and t-shirts since the temperatures in Dallas haven’t dropped much.

If it’s too hot to wear a sweater throw this camel knit around your shoulders with wide-leg jeans and a basic white t-shirt. For those added fall vibes a brown wool hat or suede booties are a must!

Speaking of booties – one of my favorites ways to transition my summer dresses into pre fall is by styling them with a pair of booties. I love finding new ways to maximize my wardrobe and I hope this collage has inspired you to mix what you already have worn all summer with these fall touches.
