I have a thing for splurging on designer handbags and shoes. Once you feel the buttery smooth leather and incredible quality it’s hard to go back. With that said, I still think it’s incredibly important to strike a balance between luxury and high street. You can find some great seasonal pieces without breaking the bank – like these spring neutrals I curated all under $100!
Bright, happy shades and pastels are often most associated with warmer weather but that doesn’t mean spring neutrals can’t be seasonal too. For all of my girls who love classic silhouettes and neutral tones, this is the edit for you.
You can never go wrong with a little black dress, one of the most versatile pieces any woman could own. I’ve worn this black cotton dress from H&M endless times from running errands to going to a nice dinner. Just by changing out my accessories, it becomes a completely different look and that’s what I love about a black dress.
Pair an LBD with a silk scarf to change up your look and a woven hobo bag (one of this season’s “it” inspired by the Bottega knot bag).
If jeans are more your style, try styling a pair of boyfriend-fit jeans with a silk cami for an effortless but chic outfit that you could easily transition from day-to-night. Wear sandals or white sneakers for daytime and switch to a classic pair of nude heels or wedge espadrilles for nighttime.
Are you a fan of styling spring neutrals or do you prefer to add color to your wardrobe when the weather warms up? Let me know in the comment section below!
These are so cute I would love to see a post about minimalist wardrobes for people under 5’2. I often have to buy clothes in petite because shirts are too long and frumpy unless they are specifically made for shorter people.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your suggestion. A great place to start for a minimalist wardrobe is a capsule wardrobe (which I love). I’ve written two blog posts for seasonal capsule wardrobes. I recommend giving them a read 🙂
