For the first time ever and I mean ever I am ready for those crisp fall days, deeper hues, and heavier textures. To help you shop for your fall wardrobe (since it’s surprisingly around the corner), I’ve compiled the ultimate fall 2020 capsule wardrobe.

So, what is a capsule wardrobe anyway? Why do I need one?

It’s a curated collection of items that will be your go-to’s all throughout fall, and are meant to be interchangeable. Pretty much each item in my fall capsule wardrobe can be paired together for looks from day-to-night. These items are meant to serve you no matter what you’re doing from the office, if you’re heading back, to date nights.

I’m sure many of us wish we had an unlimited budget to spend on clothes each season, but that isn’t realistic. A capsule wardrobe is all about cost per wear and finding ways to maximize your wardrobe with these selected pieces.

A great early fall outfit could be pairing the sweater dress with white sneakers and the olive green utility jacket. For a casual office look style a pair of dark wash jeans, the classic white blouse, and toe cap slingbacks (a great Chanel dupe). Can you ever go wrong with toe cap slingbacks?
