I will always be a handbag girl at heart, but there is just something about summer shoes that gets me excited each year. Leather slides, fun colors, and canvas make any outfit summer appropriate. I feel like there are so many more options to style shoes in the warmer months.

Each summer, I allow myself one luxury shoe purchase, and this season I chose pink D&G logo slides. The bright color has been surprisingly easy to style so I’ve considered getting them in the yellow/orange shade as well. I’ve been opting for white or black dresses and blouses lately so the pop of color really brings the look together.

Here are the summer shoes I’ve been living in all season…

D&G logo slide – comes in a few colors and are my favorite day-to-night shoe for summer

Metallic chunky sandal – this is definitely a trend shoe but is so comfortable

Hermes Oran sandal – these are a classic and well worth the price tag since they never go out of style

Sarah Flint white sandal – the low heel makes it easy to wear from day to night and white is much fresher than nude. If you click here you can get $50 off at checkout

Loeffler Randall heeled sandal – With bright colors on trend this season I’ve pulled out these old favorites that cheer up any summer look. Unfortunately, they are sold out, but is a similar alternative from Stuart Weitzman and Marc Fisher.

Cream leather sandal – These were my splurge last year and the leather is like butter. These are my go-to when I want a nude sandal.
