Holiday Gift Guide: Gifts for the Beauty Junkie

And the holiday gift guides continue! This is for the beauty junkies you know and love, which might be yourself.

What I love most about beauty products is that they make not only great stocking stuffers but also gifts. Treat someone in your life to something that makes them feel special or gives them the opportunity to create an at-home spa (because we all know this year has been tough on everyone).

Any beauty junkie would love a leather vanity case to use once we can all travel again or to sit beautifully on your countertop. Cuyana is my latest obsession because they make simple but elegant pieces so this vanity case would make a beautiful gift that you could even fill with extra beauty goodies.

In every gift guide for the last two years, I mention slip silk pillowcases because they are THAT good. I can never go back to regular cotton pillowcases again after sleeping on silk. Any beauty junkie, if they don’t already own one, would be love to receive a silk pillowcase as a gift.

Besides being luxurious they also have a lot of beauty benefits from ensuring your skincare products don’t get absorbed into your pillowcase to less friction meaning reduced hair breakage, frizziness, and wrinkles.

Need I say more?

Any beauty junkie will love perfume and likely wear it every day (it’s an addiction). Rather than going for the full sizes of designer perfumes, which to be honest are overpriced, I prefer rollerballs.

Not only are they a fraction of the price, but they are much easier to throw in your bag and top up throughout the day. Plus, they last a long time because a little bit goes a long way.

Would a gift guide for the beauty junkie be complete without mentioning Artis brushes?

Artis brushes are on the pricey side so it’s not something we often purchase for ourselves making it a great gift. They are the ultimate makeup brushes that allow for flawless blending.  My personal favorite is the Oval 7, which can be used for foundation, bronzer, blush, and concealer.
