Blogging is an expensive business, which is something many may not realize. As a fashion blogger, it is my job to provide my audience with continuous content showing you the latest trends and items in stores, and how to translate these pieces into your everyday life. Clothes are a major investment to upkeep this business, which is why I decided to try Rent The Runway unlimited.

It’s no secret that Rent the Runway has been my favorite place to rent designer dresses for special events. It takes the pain out of having to search for a dress you will most likely only wear once and for a fraction of the cost.

However, Rent the Runway offers more than just formal dresses. You can find clothes to fit your everyday life including bags, jewelry, and sunglasses. The Unlimited membership is $159/month, but there are often promo codes available so you can test it out for less.

What is Rent The Runway Unlimited?

The unlimited membership allows me to have access to 600+ designs, receive my items with free 2-day shipping, and I can have up to 4 items at a time.  You can switch out items each week or keep them for an entire season. At first, $159/month sounded like a lot just for a membership where I just rent clothes, but I realized how I could easily spend that on one or two items.

This way I get to step outside the box and try a lot of brands I may have not discovered before. This membership is not only great value for all of my fellow fashion bloggers but would work well for those in the corporate environment. Workwear suits and dresses can be quite pricy. This way you get to fill your wardrobe with unlimited workwear appropriate pieces for $159/month.

My biggest tip is to…

Read reviews and look at customer photos to help you find the right size or see if this item would even compliment your body shape. It’s helpful to see it on real people and you have the option of finding reviews from customers who have a similar body shape, weight, height, and bust size to you. Can more sites do this, please?!

As you can tell I have really been enjoying my Unlimited membership for the last few months and the opportunity it gives me to create better content for you all. If you have any questions about Rent The Runway or their memberships let me know.

I didn’t realize Rent the Runway had added this as an offering – definitely useful for someone who wants to experiment with new styles. Thanks for the post!

Thanks so much Bianca! I feel like a lot of people don’t know about this service yet, but it is so much fun. I’ve even been using it for new work clothes 🙂

I’m having so much fun with it! I figured I spend probably more than that in a month anyway on clothes and/or accessories, but this way I can try so many different items 🙂
