I consider jewelry the icing on the cake for an outfit. It’s those small details that make you look put together and can add something to an otherwise simple look. Do you remember the days of colorful bejeweled statement earrings?
It was the era when most of us wanted to be a Paris Hilton look-alikes and it was more about quantity over quality.
Fast forward to 2020 and the average consumer is more interested in finding quality everyday jewelry that’s dainty and will go with everything. While I do love jewelry, I often find myself reaching for the same pieces and preferring a more minimal look – wedding band, engagement ring, studs, and a simple necklace.
One of my most complimented everyday jewelry pieces is this initial necklace from Amazon…and it’s only $15!
Purchasing this necklace made me look at Amazon differently when it comes to fashion. It’s surprisingly a place where you can buy high-quality designer dupes and affordable basics (I just realized as I write this I am wearing an Amazon essentials t-shirt…didn’t mean to do that).

It’s important to always read the reviews on Amazon products, I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of every item I’ve purchased from this Bottega Veneta pouch dupe to this dainty gold bangle.
Everyday jewelry doesn’t mean you have to break the bank because cost isn’t always a measure of quality.
Each piece I’ve purchased from Amazon, I’ve worn more than I expected to so cost per wear is nothing. Now keep in mind all of the jewlery is either CZ or gold plated and is an inexpensive way to add jewelry to your wardrobe.
I wouldn’t compare the quality to a department store counterpart, but most of the jewelry I’ve purchased from Amazon is under $15 and still looks great almost 2 years later so I can’t really complain.
