Have you ever had that happen where you are window shopping online to see the latest item to come out, and you find something that makes you say I HAVE TO HAVE IT! As I’ve gotten older, I really want my purchases to have a purpose so I don’t find myself in 6 months with items in my wardrobe that I don’t love. After one week of thinking about this purse, all of the ways I could style it, and dreaming about it (Yes, I actually had dreams where I was wearing the handbag), I thought it’s about time I purchased it.
In short, I think I may have found the new handbag that you should add to your collection. Read more to find out what it is…
As we all know, everyone’s skin is not the same. What may work great for me, may not work great for you. This can be frustrating sometimes when you are looking for that magical product…actually, aren’t we all looking for that product. You hear your favorite blogger/Youtuber/celebrity gushing about how amazing this one product is. You shell out a bunch of money and then it doesn’t work for you. We have all been there!
I always love to gather multiple opinions when it comes to skincare. That stuff is expensive! It helps when you heard multiple positive reviews from people you trust, and when you hear about it from someone with similar skin to yours.
More brands are dipping their toes in the exposed skin trend. For those who may not want to go full crop top (I know I don’t) or just like the flirty look of showing a bit of skin, try the cold shoulder trend. Exposing your shoulders can be a fun way to show some skin without showing too much, and I find it much sexier than showing everything your momma gave you. Long gone are the days of wearing the tiny Abercrombie jean skirt that we all had in the early 2000’s. Carefully placed cut-outs are on trend and I think we can expect fashion this Fall to go covered.
Happy Saturday friends!
This is my second rendition of facts you didn’t know about me. You see me on here talking about what trends I am loving, my newest handbags, and more. But I think it’s important that you get to know me on a more personal level, and know who the girl behind the blog is. I am just a real girl who shares what she loves to an online community around the world.
Here is my previous blog post with 10 facts that you didn’t know about me, if you’d like to learn more.
It’s time to celebrate the start of summer is a great way…friends, family, pool days, and BBQ (I really miss Texas BBQ). Summer has always been my favorite season- maybe because my birthday is in the summer. ove long summer days, eating outside, and the freedom to throw anything on and head out the door.
I remember a college professor of mine once said that according to color psychology “you couldn’t be unhappy in the presence of pink”, and I completely agree. I’ve had pink phases in my life where I seem to be drawn to this color. I think I might be entering into another pink phase as I am buying more and more pink items lately. There is something so feminine, fresh, and vibrant about the color pink. It adds that nice youthful and girly touch to any item that you wear.
Pink in Spring, how original? (I imagine this being said in Miranda Priestly’s voice)
