I often talk about trends here at The Brunette Nomad because I think it’s interesting to see what becomes the focal point of each season and what trends become wardrobe staples – it does happen. You can read about my favorite handbag trend for Spring and Summer, the woven bag, in a previous trend talk post.
To add to that list of must-have items is the circle bag trend. This trend started with the Chloe Pixie bag back in the Fall, which I was mildly obsessed with and to be honest still am. Can we just talk about how Chloe seems to be setting the handbag game on fire the last few seasons? They have been ahead of the game every time and basically, inspire the new “it” styles for the upcoming seasons.
The circle bag trend is an unexpected take on a traditional bag style but is really wearable. Don’t worry! I love that you can find everything from super clean and sleek (#1, #3, #5) all the way to quirky and fun (#6 and #8). If you’re looking to splurge with the circle bag trend, then I highly recommend the Mansur or the Chloe. They may have a higher price tag, but they are so simplistic and quality that it turns this trend bag into a classic.
If you’re not looking to break the bank for a trend that you think won’t last (I totally understand, which is the main reason why I didn’t buy the Chloe Pixie yet) then #3 and #7 are really affordable and stylish options for the circle bag trend. #7 also comes in a pearlescent white, which I think would be perfect year round. White is no longer just reserved for Spring and Summer.

I love 3 & 4. I don’t know how much I could wear one, I’m usually the type to have a large, bottomless bag, but these are still cute!

I love plain and simple bags. I never had a circle bag but looking at number 1 and 5, I think I might try having those. Could use those when going out with some friends on Sundays. These are lovely pieces.
